How to Add a Linked Tutorial to Your Canvas Course

  1. On the Tutorials page, click on the tutorial or resource that you would like to add to your course Module.
  2. It will take you to the selected content page. Copy the URL of the page.
  3. Go to your Canvas course, on the Modules page, click the Add button to add the linked content to a Module you have selected.
  4. Change the type to External URL, paste the tutorial’s URL to the URL box, enter a name, and then click the Add Item button.
  5. The tutorial is added to your Modules.
